What is Zbotz?

Zbotz is a fully automated Forex trading bot platform. Once connected to your broker (OANDA), the bots run hands-free, placing and managing trades using proven strategies.

Which pairs do you trade?

We trade CAD/JPY, USD/JPY, GBP/NZD, EUR/USD, AUD/USD, and other major pairs. The bots work on short-term timeframes (30 seconds to 10 minutes).

What strategies do you use?

We combine Smart Money Concepts (SMC), Order Blocks, breakout confirmation, and volume-based entries. Bots dynamically manage risk with tight stop-losses, trailing stops and take-profit levels.

Do you show performance results?

Yes—users get access to historical reports and live trade performance via the dashboard. Our 3-year average monthly return is approximately 3.12%.

What are the risks?

All trading involves risk. Our bots maintain a risk-to-reward ratio of ~1.6:1 and a win rate around 63%. Tight stop-losses help limit drawdowns, and because trades are fast (we don’t sit in the market long), exposure to big swings is reduced.

How much do I need to start?

We recommend $5,000–$10,000 minimum for optimal results and proper risk balancing.

Is my money secure?

Yes. Your funds remain in your own broker account. We only have trading access via API—no ability to withdraw or transfer funds.

Are you regulated?

Zbotz is a tech service, not a broker or financial advisor. We only connect with US regulated brokers like OANDA to ensure safety and compliance.

How is data kept safe?

All data (API keys, settings) is encrypted and stored securely with SSL-protected Firebase systems.

What’s the onboarding process?

Sign up, pay via Stripe, sign your DocuSign service agreement, and submit your API keys using our secure form. Bots are typically live within hours.

Do I need to install anything?

No software or downloads are required—everything runs on our cloud infrastructure.

Can I adjust my risk settings?

Yes, anytime through the Zbotz dashboard. You can change risk levels as needed.

What support is available?

We offer responsive support via email, SMS, and calls. Most inquiries are handled within a few hours.

Do you offer training or guides?

Yes. We provide onboarding guides, walkthrough videos, and FAQs to make setup and management simple
